This has good cenery and is usfull for icecream and a beer, but don't og here. Keep walking to the resturant located 100 meters further west. Follow the road alongside the pond and you will find it on Your left hand side. That one is much better ;)

This is as hidden away as one can get. My absolut favorite resturant inn oslo. Though not easy accessible on a gorgious island. You have to foollow signs and take a local Ferry across. Book table Ahead to get seating inside. Outside is very Nice to, but could be Cold outside summer season. A MUST. Great Food, fanstasic Place to og With childrden

Getting Around
10 min walk to this public transport station. Bus, tram, Subway, Train and flight Train and taxi.
Three exits:
National Theatre, to walk to apartement, 10 min walk, walk towards Castle and follow the park road east off caslte, at end of park og straight up Uranienborgveien untill you meet Oscars gate 35. You are home ;)
Vika Terasse: this is the best exit to Catch a taxi. When you come out of the flight Train (Flytoget). Go out in oposite direction to from Train direction and the first exit is Vika. (if you coninue to walk you will Reach National theatre exit.
US Embassy Exit: this gives the shortest walk to apartement. When you come off Flight Train (Flytoget) walk out in traing direction. Follow parkveien behind Castle park to Uranienborg veien. Then follow Uranienborg veien to Oscars gate and you are home.
