As someone who really doesn't like pizza... I LOVE Red Banjo. Their pizza is hands down the best in Park City. Summer visitors should enjoy their pizza on the second floor balcony for the best view of Main Street! They've been around for decades and have definitely perfected their recipe. I know lemon on pizza sounds crazy... but it totally changed my world. Give it a try!

I know the 2004 Olympics were *officially* hosted in Salt Lake, but the bulk of the action took place here in Park City. Check out the Utah Olympic Park for a museum that showcases the excitement of the games.

Situated in the Uintah Mountains - the 'Land of a Thousand Lakes' - Mirror Lake is one of Utah's most iconic landmarks. That said, it can sometimes get a bit crowded - there are literally hundreds of other lakes within a stone's throw that are somewhat lesser known, but still just as gorgeous. Check out Washington Lake, or, if you're not afraid of a healthy hike, try Duck Lake.
