There is a fishing village so you can watch the boats come in right onto the beach and sell their fresh catch out in the open air market on the beach. There is often a family of Sea Lions hanging out and catching fish thrown to them. There are excellent restaurants all around and a really nice surf break at the end of the beach. Most visitors park their cars right on the beach down past the fish markets.

Primo Tapia has an authentic Mexican town style market offering pretty much everything you could want, ranging from food, to clothes, to hardware and much more. Its quite a fun experience to meet the people of "Cousin" Primo Tapia. There is lots of good food and deals to be had :)
