Its a harbor that is also quiet close to me with a lot of Tech companies start ups, and you will be able to find a lot of Charmers Students here with Volvo people in weekdays around here. There is also public library, restaurants, coffee shop, food trucks, you name it!

I love their Teramisu! Real good price to go for Italian Fika with nice cup of coffee and dessert on the side. Yummm! Not to mention! just by the water, and great view!!
