My absolute favourite pub and restaurant, anywhere. Totally unique, very relaxed, utterly charming, with an exciting seasonal menu, often foraged. Well worth the 20 min taxi / car journey.

Great beach cafe on Littlehampton Beach front. Park at Littlehampton Wave (leisure centre) carpark then cross the road to the sea front. From here you walk all along the East Beach seafront to Littlehampton estuary and harbour.

There is a car park here on a high point of the South Downs Way. Enjoy stunning views without the need to climb Amberley Mount first! You can either follow the trail or do a short detour across fields to take a look at an abandoned Churchill MK11 tank, which was used for target practice in WWII.
