One of my favorite places sits on the banks of the Penobscot River, has a great outdoor (and indoor) bar, with a fabulous selection of cocktails and great food. You can also park here and take a stroll on the river walk. Some evenings they do have music, too, or when the Waterfront Concerts have an event, you can hear the music from here.
