Tommy Edison and Henry Ford were very good friends and they built winter homes right next to each other. Stroll the grounds and gardens and visit the museum. We had our daughter's wedding here.

Cape Coral Yacht Club is great all-in-one destination that is open to all. You can sun on the beach; grab some lunch or dinner at the Boat House Tiki Bar; fish for free from the pier.

This is where Louise and I go with our own kayaks. It's a great area for seeing dolphins, ospreys, eagles and other wildlife.

This is such a lovely place to go if you are into gardens and/or bonsai. Wigert's is like an outdoor bonsai museum with some of the most beautiful and unusual fauna that you will ever see.

Live bait is available on the pier. The pier has a shaded sitting area, cleaning station and restrooms. At the end of the pier is a small restaurant & bar.
