Shammi has been committed to living with natural ways that take us closer to wellness. He and his partner Lyla are pioneers in bringing healthy food to Jaipur. They can be consulted if you are looking for spaces with high integrity in food. Besides they also run a food space, 'Ahimsagram' where you can request for healthy, vegan and organic food options.
Its began as a co-op where employees from Indian Coffee Board were laid off around 1960/s and one of their socialist trade union person Mr Gopalan organised to create a co-op and since then many cities have invited them. They also make dosas without oil. Their is very little difference in the salaries of the staff and is in a Jawahar Kala Kendra, which is an art and culture center run by government. Its also reasonably prices with a dosa costing around one USD and coffee for 1/3rs of a USD.
But sadly they put sugar in their dosa and chutney is pretty bad. Their quality has gone down. If you want to enjoy the period feel of the cafe and the story of a workers coop, you can visit it.

Try their Bajara(Millet) pizza with cashew cheese, its big enough for two people. If you give my reference, they are more than happy to hear it.
They are also open for new recipes, so if you have any amazing favourite gluten free and vegan or plant based recipe they would like to have it from you and can also try it then and there.

This is a park in the city with different sections and one of them is hill which also has a walking trail and has flora from the semi arid region of Jaipur. Its green with lot of plants and birds. You also see the people coming as a community and also doing yoga practice.
