Great Restaurants

Flagler Beach has several great restaurants!
Absolutely delicious food! Best (and biggest) burger in town. Just head south about a mile and you will see the little Turtle Shack on the west side of A1A. I highly recommend the calamari. Go at sunset and grab a seat on the patio for beautiful ocean views.

Things to do

There are plenty of other fun things to do here other than playing on the beach or the Intracoastal Waterway.
Head north about 8 miles to Washington Oaks Gardens for hiking and biking trails or just a peaceful spot for a picnic. Make sure you check out the sandstone beach during your visit.

This 145-acre park is named for Florida folk singer and storyteller Gamble Rogers. Swim and play in the surf of the Atlantic Ocean, build castles in the golden-brown coquina sand or watch pelicans glide along the dunes and ocean waves. Anglers can catch red drum, whiting, flounder and trout from the banks of the river or along the beach, with toes in the sand.
