The condo association does have rules which help protect not only us, but also YOU. You will need to sign an agreement that says you have read the condo rules and send it back to us. We are unable to send a link until after you are booked. You also need to fill out basic information that has to be sent into the condo association. Such as emergency contact, car type, names of occupants etc. You will receive these forms as soon as booking is confirmed. You can scan and email back me.
