This is one of my favourite good value lunch places- only £8.95 for their 2 course special -and I have never taken anyone there who hasn't loved it. Food is Middle Eastern/ Turkish. Laid back atmosphere and always busy, but you don't normally need to book.

Upmarket small Indian restaurant just round the corner on Cross St. Not cheap but good flavours/interesting dishes and definitely worth a visit if you like good Indian food.
