Just a 12 minute walk from our apartment, Boxi is a small grassy square surrounded by many restaurants, shops and bars. People lounge in the grass and on Saturdays and Sundays it turns into a farmer's market (saturday) and flea market (sunday).

A must-see on your visit to Berlin! This sprawling airport turned into public park has many amazing stops. The urban garden is really cool and there are a few restaurants/cafes throughout as well as a skate park. Also great for sunsets.

Little Island in Treptower Park. Very chill with some great food/drink options. Some nights they show outdoor cinema. A really nice 45 min walk from our apartment :)

Amazing burgers and frites with dips. There are two locations doors away from each other. One is a sit down place (full menu) and the other is a take away counter with a few tables out front. To do it on the cheap...grab a burger and frites from the takeaway location and grab some beers from the spati next door. You can picnic in the park :)

Heaven. Huge sprawling nude spa with amazing outdoor/indoor pools and tons of saunas with infusions available every half hour. Around 30eu for the whole day pass which includes infusion saunas. The restaurant is also amazing.
