Food scene

Toronto is super international and St. Lawrence Market is the right place where to start your food journey. Definitely try $5 back bacon sandwich at the small stand with pictures of the celebrities ordering the sandwich. Try fresh east coast oysters at Mike's or Fish and Chips at the back of the building.

Neighborhoods

This is my favorite part of the city! If you are in Toronto the last Sunday of the month, make your way to Pedestrian Sunday at Kensington. They close the street and lot of local artists, musicians are performing on the street. FOOD There is so much to try! I would start with tacos at Seven Lives - it's very small and always packed but definitely worth of wait. Try their smoked shrimp tacos! And just next door, there is the place with the best jerk chicken in the town - Rasta Pasta, don't miss this cool place. Cheese World shop at the end of Kensington street has amazing selection of cheese, olives and snacks. You can get cheese and than visit Blackbird bakery - their bread is unreal! Don't miss south American stands at Augusta street - you can get more tacos, churros, pupusa and much more. If you are craving beer, you should visit Kensington Brewery. It's a small brewery with board games. If you like live music go to my favorite bar in Kensington - POETRY JAZZ CAFE. They have live bands every night and really nice patio in the back. If you come around 8 pm you don't have to pay cover. If you come later on the cover is $10 but definitely worth it! If you just want to chill with glass of beer try Thirsty and Miserable or Ronny's.
