Hi my dear guest, in the following I collected a number of places I can definitely recommend to visit.
Besides presenting my highlights in Munich such as the close by Nymphenburg Palace or the amazing view from Peter's Church, I am also pointing out restaurants, bakeries and other shops that are close by the flat so you know where to turn to for your daily needs as well. Especially since many of my guests are Business travelers and often just need some tips on where to get a quick dinner after work or breakfast before heading out to work.

The Nymphenburg Palace itself is wonderful to look at, however what I recommend as a local is not staying close to the castle itself but spending more time in the park and walking all the way to the end in the more forest like area. If you like exercise it is perfect for a morning or after work run here! Often times you can encounter deer here as well :)
From my place you can just walk to the park within ~10 minutes and enter the park through the gate called "Laimer Tor" hence you will already start your walk to the palace in the more forest like part of the park. From there you can walk all the way up to the palace and if you feel like it have a coffee or drink at the cafe in the park close to the palace.

the church itself is nice as well but what I can really recommend is taking the stairs up to the top of the church. Here you can step outside and enjoy an amazing view of Munich, highly recommended! (Entrance fee ~ 6 euros, easy and fast to reach from my place as well)

This bakery is just a 3min walk from my flat and therefore very convenient for you to get your morning coffee and bread here. The bread and coffee here is just really good as well :)

On the street Fürstenriederstraße coming either from my flat or the subway station "Laimer Platz" you will find really everything you could possibly need during your stay: supermarkets, drug stores, post office, icecream place, some more restaurants (also fast food alternatives if you are craving therelike e.g. McDonalds)... -> Just check google maps for all the options in the area, you will surely find what you need at that moment
