Mammoth Village is an easy 5 minute walk from the condo. There is lots to do for the whole family. During winter, the Village Gondola takes you to Canyon Lodge, one of the bases of Mammoth Mountain. The Village also serves as a hub for the Town's free shuttle and trolley service.

The Lakes Basin area is open to cars in the warmer months. There are several lakes you can drive to, and many many more that are accessed on hiking trails. Lake Mary is the largest of the lakes and offers boating, fishing, and paddleboarding. Horseshoe Lake is known for swimming and sandy beaches. Biking along the path, you'll see majestic views and many beautiful photo opportunities.
