Oddly enough, some of the best Vietnamese food you can find is here in Albuquerque. Albuquerque had a large number of Vietnamese refugees migrate to the city during the 1960's. The International District started as home to many of these refugees, with subsequent generations now spread throughout the city. You can many great Vietnamese restaurants across the city, but this one is close to the house and one of my favorites.
