Ancient Castle from the Budini Gattai family, very close to the Villa and to the Fattoria degli Ulivi. Unfortunately there is no possibility to take a look inside because it is half a private house/farm and half a B&B.

They do of the best handmade pasta i've ever tried in the whole Tuscany, made by an old recipe by the same family for 5 generations. "Ravioli burro & salvia" are mandatory to order, spaghetti and tagliatelle with ragù sauce or mushrooms are amazing.
The grill with roasted meat is special and directed by Timoteo, who does this work since he was 16 (he's 48 now) and is open-view to the public. fried vegetables raccomended.
