Epcot, if you have never been, be prepared to be amazed. This was Walt Disney's Dream of the future. While it has changed over the years, it's claim to fame is the "World Showcase" which will take you to many different countries where you can experience food and drink from all around the world. Fun for both children and adults.

Disney's Animal Kingdom. This park is dedicated to Wildlife but it's not just a safari (even though you can go on one!). It has great memorable rides such as Pandora's Flight of Passage and Expedition Everest. (We have been to almost every Disney theme park and this is tied for #1 in our book).

Islands of Adventure is Universal's Second theme park in Orlando, FL completely separate from its first theme park Universal Studios Hollywood. You can actually go in between the parks with a Park-to-Park admission ticket on the Hogwarts Express!
