Victoria Park is the ideal location for informal recreation for young people with facilities that include skate ramps, a basketball hoop and a junior play area. Buckfastleigh's outdoor pool can be accessed from the Park and is open from the end of May to the middle of September.
Obvs cannot post pics of the pool, but this great play park is right outside the entrance as is the skate park!
As a family we take advantage of all these places, 3 minutes walk from our flat, the pool is heated so it is usable in any weather.

Set in 90 acres of parkland within Dartmoor National Park, the River Dart Country Park never disappoints. With lots of paid for activities on offer as well as free stuff to, just 10 minutes drive from my place, its a sure recommendation from us.
