Elevated traditional bar food with local, natural and some organic ingredients. they are always super busy but they have a great reservation system that will text you when your table is ready. My personal favorites are tigerchicken tacos, black and blue burger and POUTINE fries. They are over the top and delicious.

a fun smaller market that provides fresh foods and local made items. Nash's farms is one of our local organic suppliers, many restaurants and stores offer their items. If you can get your hands on their carrots, you won't be disappointed. Also grab some yummy pastries from pain de amore bakery. I HIGHLY reccomend their gluten free chocolate cookies. Even if gluten free is not a necessity for you...they're just delicious.

Port Angeles Farmers Market
133 E Front Sta fun smaller market that provides fresh foods and local made items. Nash's farms is one of our local organic suppliers, many restaurants and stores offer their items. If you can get your hands on their carrots, you won't be disappointed. Also grab some yummy pastries from pain de amore bakery. I HIGHLY reccomend their gluten free chocolate cookies. Even if gluten free is not a necessity for you...they're just delicious.
This menu is newer, however the owners family have operated business from this location for the past 30 years, so restaurant is in this young man's blood. This is a Korean American fusion restaurant and its great. There are many things to try but our favorites are the Good morning Vietnam burger and the spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken lemongrass chicken bowl is also delish. Plus it's very reasonably priced.

this is my most favorite walking trail. it's not long, very well maintained and has a very beautiful waterfall at the end. you'll have access to a small beach before you cross a couple of neat small bridges and climb a fairly steep set of stairs at the very end to see the fall. the trail is a loop if you want to keep going up stairs for a more sweeping view or you can walk back the way you came.

227693-227769 Olympic Hwythis is my most favorite walking trail. it's not long, very well maintained and has a very beautiful waterfall at the end. you'll have access to a small beach before you cross a couple of neat small bridges and climb a fairly steep set of stairs at the very end to see the fall. the trail is a loop if you want to keep going up stairs for a more sweeping view or you can walk back the way you came.
this is a long winding drive up a mountain that offers majestic views around every bend. when you reach the top there are wonderful meadows and walking trails available for pick nick lunches. you'll see animals, birds and at least a small amount of snow year round. Make sure to check for road closures on the website in winter months.

this is a substantial drive from Port Angeles but it is WORTH IT. These trees are stunning. The rainforest is a must see if you enjoy outdoor time.

a nice long walk along a beach out to a historical landmark. This lighthouse is well maintained and the inside can even be accessed certain times of year. check website for details. Sequim, Wa is a 25 minute drive east of Port Angeles. If you're coming from east of here, grab yourself a lunch to go and walk out there before you get to town!

Enjoy this view on your way to Marymere Falls....then have a great lunch at the lodge...which is just a quick left turn out of the marymere parking lot! it's a great afternoon!
This beautiful trail is great for walking and biking. it goes through forest and leads to open air beach access. If you want to really add some mileage, the trail will literally take you into downtown Port Angeles. This trail isnt as well marked as others that are part of the "Discovery Trail" access points. The parking lot is small and basically just a clearing, on the right side of the road. The trail access is on the left side of the road, across the street.

This beautiful trail is great for walking and biking. it goes through forest and leads to open air beach access. The parking lot is small and basically just a clearing, on the right side of the road. The trail access is on the left side of the road, across the street.
this place is about an hours drive away, however it has one of the coolest things you can see out here. There is a Sitka spruce tree about a half mile from the Kalaloch lodge that is literally hanging mid air!!
You can access it via the Kalaloch Lodge. Walk down the stairs to the beach, and walk north along the coast for 0.5 miles to reach the roots. It's free to visit and pets are allowed too.
The campground across from the massive topiary makes for the perfect scene to build a beach fire and roast some s'mores. It's even open year-round to visits.

this place is about an hours drive away, however it has one of the coolest things you can see out here. There is a Sitka spruce tree about a half mile from the Kalaloch lodge that is literally hanging mid air!!

This place is an amazing asset for this town. Not only is all the produce organic, it's full of natural and organic products. They have a great deli with pre made and made to order salads, soups, sandwiches and pizzas (these they even have "take and bake" with gluten free and a vegan option...which I personally love.)
What I love most about this store as it pertains to a traveler, is they have a fantastic bulk section! It is so convenient to be able to buy small amounts. they have bulk foods, bulk spices, bulk teas and coffee. This is where I purchased the bulk tems in our space as well. Plus it's just a really cool store and unique to Port Angeles!
