This is a favorite beach of both locals and tourists, and just a few short yards down the beach from Okun-Bowa. This beach also hosts the most consistent point break in the country , which is a slow breaking deep water Rincon-style right located roughly 300 yards off the beach.

La Punta Roca is a world-class right point break less than 10 minutes from the house. Famous for it's fast, perfectly formed waves that can hold up in very large surf, it's often referred to as the Central American J-Bay.

El Zonte is a fun right point break about a 10 minute drive up the coast that sometimes offers a beach break with the right conditions. Popular amongst both surfers and body boarders so it can get a little busy. There is parking, food and drink available. The beach is covered in rocks for part of the year.
