Celebration is a very nice little town with good restaurants and activities that the whole family will enjoy. One recommendation is to do their bike ride. For ~$20, you have a bike, a map and can ride ~1h30 through beautiful neighborhoods and boardwalks, through palms and other trees.. a must do! There is also a farmer and art market on Sunday morning.

Lake Louisa state park is nearby and will allow you to discover what Nature in Florida means. You also will find activities like canoe, kayak, Horse back riding (walk only!) and beautiful hiking trails.
