Best fried chicken in town! Willie Mae’s specializes in fried chicken and red beans and rice. Sometimes the lines are long, but worth the wait.

The Garden District, located in uptown New Orleans is a must see to every traveler. Established in the early 1800’s by the Americans, is known for its old southern mansions, the Lafayette Cemetery and the streetcar which runs along St. Charles Avenue. Enjoy a walk along Coliseum St. and see the homes of Sandra Bullock and John Goodman. If time permits, enjoy lunch or dinner at the famous Commanders Palace, located at Washington and Coliseum Streets.
