Only open for dinner from 5:00pm on. Caleb is the owner and went to NAU. He used to spend his summers biking through Europe and fell in love with the fresh, natural ingredients and style of cooking that Europeans loved in Pizza.
Caleb had a pizza oven sent over to Europe and would cook pizza in his backyard for all of his friends. They finally convinced him to open up his own pizzeria and Caleb's pizza is the best in town. He also makes his own fresh Gelato every day.
Get there right at 5:00 pm unless you don't mind waiting. If you do have a wait, the Mother Road Brewery Company is right behind Caleb's restaurant for enjoying one of Flagstaff's wonderful brew pubs.

Two locations and the one on Riordan has wonderful history. One of my dear friends Grandmothers owned this house and he grew up in this house prior to it being sold.
The owners of Oregano's did a lovely job of keeping this home quaint and lovely while making it a wonderful bistro.
Try Grandmothers Potato and Chicken Pizza! You are in for a treat!

In the summer take the chairlift to the top. The views are breathtaking and on a clear day you can see all the way to the Grand Canyon. The Agassiz Lodge (at the top) is open for drinks and food; they also allow dogs at the top and have Frisbee golf.
At Agassiz Lodge on the chair lift at 9500 feet and get taken to 11,500 feet. Once you get off at the top there are bathrooms and you can hike to the tip of Humphrey's Peak, which is at 12,000 feet. We typically have one of our very informative forest rangers up there that will answer questions on the topography that grows at this altitude and discuss the volcanic eruptions of past.
In the winter it's open for skiing and snowboarding.
