our almost private bakery. Located downstair of our apartment, you can go there and be back to the appartment in 2 minutes ! opened from 7:30 am. We recommend the baguette tradition. Just ask for one tradition. Look the same as a standard baguette but tastes 10x better. Price is only 1,1 euro.

4-year-old and a much nicer place than the previous one "le Bachi"; which was famous and hip restaurant but expensive and too show off. Venue had a mix of locals and tourists. Waiters are friendly.

if you want to taste real french food try le Café des Musées. Most of the dishes are made with French local products. You should book to go there and please insist for not getting a table in the very noisy basement. The lunch menu is a bargain. (approx. 15 euros)

this restaurant is worth it more for its location and its decoration than for the price/quality ratio. Not too expensive though. We recommend to taste fish specialities rather than meat. If you can manage to book a table outdoor you should like it.

Oldest fresh food market of Paris (1628). le Marché des Enfants Rouges is located in the heart of the 3rd Arrondissement, behind the rue de Bretagne. You will find there approx 20 merchants, 6 restaurants, several with terrasses and all of this in a protected area without cars and their noise. All of this has a price and it is not low !
