Sightseeing

An entire museum dedicated to a singular artist, Abstract Expressionist Clyfford Still. It's amazing to be immersed in the artwork of Still and the building itself is an architectural marvel. Another bonus is that it won't take you all day to see this gem. It's conveniently located adjacent to the Denver Art Museum and Kirkland Museum of Decorative Arts.

Food scene

Consistently rated as one of Denver's top restaurants, Cholon offers incredible, interesting Asian fusion dishes bursting with flavor. The "french onion" soup dumplings are an iconic dish not to be missed. The atmosphere is chic and cool, and the rotating seasonal menu always delivers. Other favorites are the crispy brussel sprouts, kaya toast, pork belly buns and any lamb dish that is on the menu. (Our favorite chef, Becca Henry heads up the kitchen at the Stapleton location which has a more intimate dining room.)
