I have not been here for a while but the food reviews are always glowing. There is great seafood on offer. This is also a music venue. Definitely call in advance to book. This is a bit of a drive from the cottage approx. 30 min but it’s worth considering if you been out touring that way. The food comes highly reccomended here

Still its worth the wait for the delicious Crab Bisque . The original little old bar at the far right of the building is quirky as it functions as a bar, grocery store and fisher man’s hardware supplier! I guess this is the most northerly restaurant in Ireland.
These guys also do a cafe on wheels at Malin Head .when you get right to the top of Ireland's most Northerly point, there is decent coffee and homemade cakes for sale at this great customized coffee shop on wheels. The last cakes I had there were homemade and truly delicious. As it’s on wheels, I’m not sure if it’s still there though!
