Awesome Japanese food. From a restaurant that sources sustainable fish, cooks authentic yummy food and served by lovely people. 4 nights a year there is a vegan challenge, which is a cook off against the other Brighton restaurants for the best vegan dish and it Is Mind blowing. If you could eat it every day we would all be vegans.

Extremely tasty vegan/veggie place. It is pricy... But It's harder to cook vegan and yet they make it look easy, so much so even for the biggest meat eaters you will not miss meat.
