Taking a walk or a jog along the lake starting from Ouchy is wonderful, I recommend starting at Ouchy harbour and walking left along the lake towards Pully and beyond, if you want a nice long walk I recommend continuing to Cully which is around 12KM there and back.

I highly recommend this restaurant for a fancy dinner or lunch. There are also great views from the outdoor terrace if you can get a table out there :)

Lovely bar/cafe at Ouchy quay, right on the lake with 360 views. Large outdoor area, great cocktails, pizza and brunch. Always a great vibe here whether you visit for lunch, dinner or evening drinks.
Also the prices very affordable for Switzerland

City/town information
Beautiful town, 15 minute train ride from Lausanne just up the lake. There are museums, quaint little shops and cafes and there is also a giant metal fork in the lake, a great place to visit for photos.

Sightseeing
You can get to Evian by Ferry from Ouchy quay, it is just over the other side of the lake which is France. Lots of shops, cafes, considerably cheaper prices for everything because it is France and much cheaper than Switzerland. This is a good day trip to take.
