At the entrance of Percy Warner Park, the Belle Meade Stairs, also called the Allée, have been a major attraction to the Warner Parks since their completion circa 1936. The steps were designed by the same architect as the Cheekwood Estate, Bryant Fleming, and were constructed during the New Deal Era by the Works Progress Administration. You will find these beautiful limestone steps at the Belle Meade Boulevard entrance and lead up to a scenic overlook along the Old Beech Trail. While some visitors use the stairs as a leg work out in their early morning jogs, the Allée is also an attraction as a wedding venue or a romantic proposal location.

The Cheeks Bend Bluff View trail is located on a 800 acre tract of land alongside the scenic Duck River in Columbia,Tn. It is a two mile round trip out and back trail with an easily accessible cave! Hiking the Trail: It's a pretty simple hike. The trail is marked with blue blazes on the trees. Just follow them and you'll be fine. It's straight to begin with and then makes a loop at the end. If you want to see the cave near the end of the trail just look for a tree marked with three blue blazes. When you see it just look north and you will see another tree marked with a big blue blaze. Walk towards that tree and you will be standing on the roof of the cave. Just walk down the rocks there and you can see the cave entrance. I do not know the rules regarding entering the cave, so you may want to check if you plan on going in it. After that you can just finish the loop and head back.
