it's right around the corner on Scranton Street by the harbour and its good fun and eats! Thursday afternoon markets feature vegetables and fruits from farms in Falmouth, on Cape Cod and around Buzzards Bay and southeastern Massachusetts; local smoked fish, eggs, artisanal cheeses, breads, pies, pastas, meat, herbs, flowers, and vegetable starts. They also hold a holiday market in November on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving.

Arts & Culture

http://www.collegelightoperacompany.com - check it out! It's an old fashioned venue in a lovely setting and they have a different musical every week! I don't know how they do it. These are talented near professional college students from around the country - a great evening's fun!

- named for a line in the song America The Beautiful, written by Falmouth native Katharine Lee Bates. It follows the original route of the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad that used to run from Buzzards Bay, through North and West Falmouth, around Woods Hole and into Falmouth Station. It is now 10.7 miles long (and walkable as well!) www.capecodbikeguide.com/shiningsea.asp
