This is the biggest lake in the city, dividing two cities, Tampico and Ciudad Madero. This lake is famous for having many crocodiles and turtles! It has a nice park on the Tampico (left-hand) side, as well as nice paths for walking or exercise. On the Ciudad Madero side (right-hand side), there is a local history museum, metropolitan theater, and an event center.
