The property is open to hiking, hunting, and fishing with a trailhead at the end of FRENCH HILL rdThe property contains important wildlife habitats for various species, including moose, black bear, and wetland species that exist along the Androscoggin River. The property will also be a source of revenue from sustainable timber harvesting. Children from the Milan Village School are cutting trails on the property and using the land for outdoor education.
