Drinks & Nightlife

Those it's a 'Private' club, the 'membership' is very small. Each evening the menu changes as does the activities. Trivia nights are my favorites.

The plaza is a lovely place to sit and 'people watch'. Often there are musicians who just enjoy a moment to make music. The "High Priestess of Soul" was born and grew up in Tryon.

One of the last remaining community libraries of it's kind. A quiet reading room is available for reading the major newspapers of the country, magazines, and free computer use. An expansive children's library is also a part of this little gem.

Parks & Nature

A well maintained community park, Harmon Field hosts horse shows, events, Little League Baseball games, etc. A two mile oval Walking Trail encourages walkers of all ages and abilities. As does the 'River Trail' for walkers and joggers. Tennis courts are open to the public. Tryon Arts and Crafts are also on the same campus.

The most beautiful drive in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Only a half hour north of Tryon. Drive a little or a lot, many overlooks, hiking trails and restaurants (just off any one of the Parkway exits).

If you can't find what you need, just ask. They have an excellent Deli and the meats section is the best in the county. They offer a full line of Vega, Vegetarian and Gluten Free items. Many of their items are from local farmers. Wednesday is Senior Citizens Day (10% off your grocery bill for 65 and older).
