You will come to a small town called pole bridge with all sorts of unique handcradted and home baked treats.

Running directly from the glaciers in the park the flathead river comes right past Columbia falls flowing towards the beautiful flathead lake.
As you exit our campground you may turn right and drive about 1 mile turn left and follow the river access signs another mile and a half to the river for a nice swimming hole after a long day of hiking in the park.
