Well its a park on a lake , set up for walking watersports and great family days out , the walk around the lake is rugged burt also wheelchair and cycle friendly , its just off of Bodmin Moor so a great diversion just off of Crows nest and some iconic moor walks .

Bodmin moor - beautiful , spectacular great walking great to be out , ponies , sheep and cattle live here so please respect their space , try not to run them over as they pass across the road looking for grass greener on the other side , look out for the theatre in the moor Sterts - amazing .

a visit to South East cornwall wouldn't be complete without a visit to this beautiful fishing harbour , great food - fresh picked crab,cockles, winkles) proper traditional pubs ( Look up the Blue Peter Inn) and a handfull of award winn restaurants run by local families. You can walk to here on the world famous cornish coastal path ,just park up in Looe and enjoy the most stunning four to five mile walk , there is a bus back for the faint hearted !

Today this family owned store has to compete with national owned companies but I have to say holds its own very well ,so non shoppers will enjoy the place , there is a cafe , a walk around the grounds, a cafe , takeaway pasties, chips ,coffee Kellys MR whippy, a hole in the wall, coal ,barb ques , taps , setees, garden furniture , toy dept, fishing section, equestrian , pets, big garden dept from seeds to trees and furniture , china , books shampoo , cleaning products , loo rolls and i really believe something for absolutely every one!
