Skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tubing, scenic gondola rides up the mountain
Installation of the most advanced chairlift in the East was
finally completed at Loon Mountain. The Kancamagus
8 replaces the Kancamagus Express Quad. The lift
features 8-person heated seats, auto-locking restraining
bar, tinted bubbles and with a speed of 18ft/sec will
transport 3,500 skiers/hour to the top of some of Loon’s
terrain. The lift has been transporting enthusiastic skiers
since the grand opening on December 10, 2021.
