Sightseeing
Yellow Creek Park is one of our favorite places in Owensboro, and it’s only one mile from the farmhouse! We love taking a nature walk on the wooded paths. (To get there, drive past the playgrounds and fishing ponds, all the way back to a bridge where the path begins.) We also love the disc golf course.

Smothers Park is perfect for everyone! We love to walk down by the Ohio River and watch the sun set after a dinner at Mellow Mushroom or Don Mario’s! There are bench-style swings to sit and look at the river or our “Blue Bridge.” The playground is wonderful for all ages also.
