My Tip : Try to avoid visiting the park after 17:00 hours since it will be quite busy . You should plan at least 2 hours and do not worry about the sun, as the so many trees provide a wonderful shadow and climate.

My Tip: Take the opportunity to buy some wonderfull ceramics from La Bisbal as souvenirs but also for your daily use, you will find over 30 shops in the city center, Main Street called “carrer Aigüeta” after the bridge (river is mostly dried)

My Tip : Start directly from the Appartment and take the walk through the main beach of Platja d'Aro "Platja Gran" in direction to Sant Antoni Calonge, it will take you around 1,5-2 hours walk. You will discover wonderfull and typical Costa Brava beaches like "Sa Cova", "Bella Dona" and "Cala del Pi" By need you can drive back with the bus.

Every Friday of the year dozens of stops fill the Municipal Parking of Masia Bas de Platja d'Aro to offer the most varied, colorful and seasonal products to residents, visitors and tourists.
Fairs and markets have been held in Catalonia since before the Middle Ages. They were born out of the need to establish a meeting point between merchants and buyers, and they continue to exist. Despite the passage of time, they are still a space for social articulation, a meeting point between buyers and sellers, an agora where products are exhibited live and where direct contact with the producer can still be established, many times. .
My Tip : Do not take the car as parking restrictions are established and go early in the morning as it is quite hot in summer (almost no shadows). You do not need to buy anything (free entrance) but it is curious to go through and see all products they offer.
