recently they have redesigned and landscaped the stunning and large garden where you can get a great pub meal and enjoy the spectacular views of the beach and sea. The photos on airbnb dont donit justice. Take a peek at google, this pub and restaurant is a 5 min walk from the bungalow which solves the problem of driving and parking

fantastic country pub a 30 min walk away from the air bnb or 5 min drive. large beer garden with a beautiful Magnolia tree and well established planting, Whisterria also blooms in spring. Located in the heart of the parish, Saint Mawgan in Pydar, theres a church, cricket green, gift shop and gardens to explore. Landlords Jay and Steph are super welcoming and the great food served alongside traditional ales daily.

wonderful walk from the flat across the beach to the right hand side. up the steps and onto the coast path. walk is about 30 mins to Bedruthan steps with panoramic views. There is a cafe there and national trust shop.

Infamous for Rick Stein! Quaint, but often busy authentic fishing harbour town. lots of shops, food, Mitchlin star restaurants. Go early to avoid contested parking!

Pete, the owner runs this recognised and superb surf tuition school. you'll find the king surf crew located alongside and behind Betty's shop, directly opposite the main entrance to the beach.
King surf offer individual or group tuition from a 2 hour lesson to a longer weeks course. wetsuit and board included in the hire cost and tuition runs daily on the beach from morning until early evening. They also offer coasteering and paddle sessions if the conditions are flat or you fancy a drive and dive!
