Springs store is a local favorite. Locally owned, with an in store bakery providing fresh bread, pastries and cookies. Springs Store has many of the grocery staples you may want when you stay at Springs house.
My favorites are the pepperoni rolls and sandwiches in the fridge section, sourdough bread and pumpkin gobs!

Fun local coffee shop
Locally owned coffee shop, only a 5 minute drive from Springs house. Enjoy your coffee inside their unique seating area, or outside on their beautiful patio. Flower gardens await you right outside. There is also a fenced in field hosting many farm animals to see. There are play sets for sale and to use right outside. Just be cautious as the play sets are near a road without a fence around them. Dawdy Haus is connected to Whispering Pines furniture store.

This is a new local coffee shop, it also has a trailer that goes around the county but this address is for its permanent location. 10/10 highly recommend!

Enjoy whitewater boating, biking, mountain biking, hunting, wildlife watching and fishing. Make sure you hit all of the breathtaking waterfalls. Just a 30 minute drive from Springs house.

Beautiful resort lake. Rent a boat and spend the day exploring. These restaurants with boat docks have boat docks, so no need to dock and drive to eat, Uno's and Ace's Run.

This is a bit of a drive, but the hiking is very nice and the waterfalls are beautiful. It is a state park and does require cash for parking during peak season.
