An incredible and unique place. Giant boulders along the beach form paths you can climb in and out of. We have been all over the world and this is up on the list of must see places. Well worth the trip over and a “must see”.

Sapphire is a great beach for relaxing and for enjoying water sports. A shallow rocky ledge and reefs on the right side offer good snorkeling. Food and drinks are available from a small open air grill, drink vendor and from the nearby condo restaurant.

Off the beaten path, secluded. Accessed by boat or hiking. If you are not comfortable hiking or climbing rocks this is not the beach for you. Head to Dorothea Beach and follow the rocks along the coast to Neltjeberg Bay. Try to go at low tide. You can also hike through the trees. If you think you’ve arrived and the beach seems small, climb over the next rock area and you will probably see Neltjeberg Beach. This beach is AMAZING and one of our favorites on the island.
