If you want a fun full day out off the grid check out the small community of Polebridge. Next to the northern entrance to Glacier National Park it is a great place to grab some excellent food and drinks before heading out for a day hike to Bowman lake or If your really adventurous Kintla lake.

Just into the northern entrance to Glacier park is the stunning Bowman Lake. With trails and a picnic area you can come while away a whole day. Make sure you bring bear spray , bug repellant and if you dare your bathing suit! This is a mountain fed lake who’s waters are cold and pure!
