Sightseeing

Street art is a huge part of Bristol culture, and Upfest are a big part of that! You can visit the gallery, but I really recommend taking a walk up North Street (very close to the apartment) to see some of the amazing murals. There's a Google map with them all listed on at the upfest website 👌

Beautiful country park with views out over Bristol, that is within a walkable distance from the harbour and my apartment. Depending on how quickly you walk it will take 45 minutes to 1hr. There is also a small coffee shop there, and public toilets. To make a longer walk you can also head out from the park and walk across the Clifton Suspension Bridge.

Bristol Harbour is a beautiful place to walk around. You can take a circular route from my apartment that takes you past all the boats, HMS Great Britain, the workshops at Underfall Yard, as well as lots of pubs and cafés on the waterside. You also get views across all the colourful houses and out to the Clifton Suspension Bridge. For a longer walk with views across Bristol, walk up to and across the suspension bridge, then out to Ashton Court.
