This museum in on my "must see" list for visitors to Winona. You will ask yourself how so much world-class art could be available in a small town museum! It also features excellent local art and is a steal for a $10 admission and $5 for students.

Only a few hundred feet from our house is a public facility at Lake Winona that rents anything you need to explore the lake! Kayaks, canoes, bikes, ice skates, etc. are yours for a nominal fee. Relax on the lake by getting out on the water! See https://www.cityofwinona.com/458/Lake-Lodge

Bloedow's Bakery is a local legend that has won statewide acclaim for its donuts and pastries. Once you have tried them, you'll understand what all the fuss is about! If you have seen the "River, Donuts, Bluff" logo for Winona, these are the donuts!

This is my favorite local lunch spot. It has delicious vegetarian-friendly options and is locally sourced. I was so happy when they opened again this year!
