This square is a truly unusual glimpse of Milan, where you stroll slowly, chat with friends and drink a spritz accompanied by an excellent toast at the tables of Mi Casa, the most famous toaster in Milan. Arriving in this square when it is hot and you can stay outdoors is like taking an evening break from a truly chaotic Milan

The entire canal is accessible by bike and there are beautiful historic villas along the way. Usually you come for a walk, but there are also some really famous places where you can stop for a drink and eat something, such as the Cascina Martesana which opens in spring and closes in autumn. Here you come to drink and chat, but you can also use a grill to make a BBQ by bringing your own meat from home and ordering only a drink here. But if you don't feel like grilling, you can always taste the local platters and sandwiches, always exquisite.

Conseils sur la ville

Déplacements

Subway is the fastest way to get around the city

But if you like walking I recommend that you go on foot. In Milan, every place can also be reached on foot
Réservez avant de partir

Book in advance the restaurants you want to try

Especially during the weekends it is always better to book a table for dinner

Share mobility

Milan is among the first European cities for the development of share mobility, bike car or scooter ...you decide ! Download the app and explore the city , I personally use the electric bike sharing ( lime and dott )
