I love Carolina Home and garden because it is a family friendly place with a full coffee and beverage bar, vintage arcade, live music 4 nights at week, and different food options every night. They also have a large nursery, animals on the premises and activities for the whole family on the weekends. They offer a free shuttle service that you can take from and to our house. And their decor is absolutely beautiful!!! Their shuttle number is 910 4425534.

It is beautiful decorated with lots of outdoor games, live music, and food trucks on the weekends. It is also family friendly during the early hours, and it provides a free shuttle that you can take from and to our house. The shuttle number is 252 241 1852.
This is a great place to go with the whole family when you need a rainy day activity, or a break from the beach. They have bowling lanes, a full arcade and food and drinks. Outside they have the put-put, race cars, a driving range, and their newest attraction, the sky trail.

If you want to grab a bite, the Surfs up grille is located inside right on the water. And if you just want to go to the beach, there is paid parking on the weekends, but they do offer free parking on some week days.

100 Bogue Inlet Drit is the perfect spot for fishing, eating, and going to the beach! Daily fishing passes start at $12.50, but you can walk the pier for free. If you want to grab a bite, the Surfs up grille is located inside right on the water. And if you just want to go to the beach, there is paid parking on the weekends, but they do offer free parking on some week days.
The water slides park is a great alternative when you want to take a break from the beach. They have daily passes, and half off after 5pm Tuesday-Saturday.

Gaffers is an American grill that also specializes in local seafood. They have prime rib on Thursday and live music pn the weekends. I love Gaffers because the food is always delicious and consistent, and the service is always outstanding!! one of my favorite dishes is the beer can shrimp!!

Fish Hut grill is one of the newest restaurants on the island and is definitely a local favorite. They specialize in local seafood, and all their dishes are amazing and so fresh! This is the place to go if you want to experience truly local seafood. I love their concept of ordering your food at the counter, then just grab your own table. And you can always just grab a drink while you wait in line, or anytime while you are there! Service is fast and super friendly, but keep in mind that they are super popular, so the line can get long, specially on the weekends!

Great fresh local seafood! My favorite part is their Torpedo Lounge on their rooftop, where you get a fantastic view of the island while enjoying great drinks and food!

Gio has amazing true NY style bagels! it's a great place to go for a delicious breakfast sandwich before you hit the beach. They are actually located in the Emerald Plantation mall.

This is the place to go if you are in the mood for some southern style cooking. my favorite dishes are their shrimp and grits, and fried green tomatoes. What I love the most about the trading post is their backyard. You can eat back there, but you can also enjoy a drink, play corn whole, hula hoops, and cath live music on the weekends.
