People used to steal horses and hide them in the valley which is not very Christian, but the canyon was later redeemed by filming movies in it. Ghostbusters Afterlife and Seventh Son. Beautiful views and hiking.

Built in 1931 so the coal miners could get to work. On the way to the hoodoos, it's a fun stop. Time yourself to the other end, or start jumping and scare your significant other.

Louis Blériot became world-famous in 1909 for making the first airplane flight across the English Channel. His brother Andre also wanted to cross a body of water, so in 1913 this ferry was commissioned. Not as impressive as his brother, but we're proud of him. Operates April-November with free fare.

I spent too much time at the beginning and ran out of time for the really cool stuff at the end. When I go back there, I'll do a once over of the whole place, then circle back to the things I want to spend more time on.

Travel the 11 bridges road to Wayne. It's a beautiful drive and while you're there check out the historic "Last Chance Saloon". On the way to the suspension bridge, hoodoos, and Atlas Coal Mine.
