Located about 6 miles from Oak Grove, this beautiful downtown area offers a variety of shops, restaurants, movie theaters, bike/ kayak rentals, nature cruises, whale watches, & much more. The Shore Path begins at Agamont Park & is a beautiful walk along the harbor complete with picnic benches. Also of note, from Bridge Street at low tide, there is a walking path out to Bar Island on a sandbar, great for beautiful views & tide-pooling. Hulls Cove is 2 miles east of Oak Grove & on the way into Acadia or downtown Bar Harbor. It's a beautiful place to view sunrise, walk on the rocky beach, grab lunch or dinner at the Chart Room, pizza or ice cream at Pepper's Pizza. There is a gas station & a post office here as well

National park with a variety of activities (hiking, birding, picnicking, horseback riding, biking, photography, etc) & popular sites including Sand Beach, Thunder Hole, Jordan Pond, Cadillac Mountain, Otter Cliffs, the Carriage Trails, Echo Lake (swimming in summer). National Park pass required all year & May 26- Oct 19, reservations are required for driving to the top of Cadillac Mountain. (Hulls Cove entrance is 3 miles from Oak Grove House)
