Villa Bruno is one of the ancient villas of Vesuvius. You can visit the nobles flats and the wonderful park behind the villa. Very important is the old foundry: the bronze horses in the famous piazza del plebiscito in Naples were made in this building. The street name “cavalli di bronzo” (bronze horses) is named after this event.

This is very nice place, you can have a drink or a nice walk on the harbour. You can see a wonderful sunset on Napoli. Pay attention that on saturday night is very crowded with people and...cars!

Déplacements
Circumvesuviana EAV Trains is the best way to move.
There are 2 stations in San Giorgio: the main one is San Giorgio a Cremano station (just few steps from Piazza Troisi), where you can find the ticket office, bars and shops. Here stop all the trains that go from Napoli to Ercolano/Pompei/Sorrento.
The other station is a smaller one, Cavalli Di Bronzo. Here stop just few trains and there is no Ticket Office.

If you are planning to move with a car, please remember that you must book your parking space in advance (before starting the climb, there is no internet connections on the top of the mountain!). You can reserve it here: https://parkingsuvio.it/
You can take a shuttle (2€) to reach the main gate from the parking.
